Accounting Assistant
- Prepare documents and entry all the accounting transactions for staff purchase program.
- Handling staff purchase orders management and support end-end process to achieve dispatching activities including customer care regarding to Q&A of staff purchase program.
Key accountabilities:
- Verify and record account payable invoices for staff purchase program.
- Handle recording product receipt.
- Verify account receivable payment for staff purchase program.
- Issue account receivable invoice/tax invoice for staff purchase program.
- Record account receivable payment in the system and issue receipt for staff purchase program.
- Prepare and verify bank reconciliation for staff purchase program.
- Prepare stock card and verify stock on hand.
- Verify account receivable outstanding balance for staff purchase program.
- Prepare VAT report.
- Prepare invoice and document to process customs formality related to staff purchase program.
- Coordinate with Trade and Customs, Customer Relation and Warehouse operation for staff purchase program.
- Documents storage related to staff purchase program.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
- Be responsible for management to achieve the policy, objectives and goals of quality management, work environment, occupational health and safety management or other systems arranged by the company such as ISO, OHSAS and so on.
Educational background:
Bachelor Degree Accounting and Finance or related field
Bachelor Degree Accounting and Finance or related field
Years’ experience: 1-3 Years
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
- Experience in accounting will be advantage.
- Experience in AX/SAP system will be advantage
