Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Practice & Professional Development, this position is responsible for coordinating and tracking upcoming training events, as well as providing approved training to Continuing Care staff. They will also provide administrative, financial, clerical, and logistical program support to the clinical training team. Responsibilities include developing electronic tracking for training and reviewing/verifying conditions of employment.

Essential Qualifications

- Completion of Office Administration program
- Recent experience providing a wide variety of administrative support, including information systems, records management, and management of confidential material
- Experience facilitating training
- Experience working as an administrator within a learning platform would be considered an asset
- Experience providing client/resident services in a health care environment asset
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Additional Information:
Conditions of Employment: TB Screening, Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector RCMP security clearance, WHMIS 2015 and class 4 driver’s license
Job Requirements: The incumbent may be exposed to infectious agents, e.g., cold, flu, while in contact with staff or public. This position will be located in an office environment, bending, stretching and lifting training equipment as well as refreshment supplies frequently is required.
