- Support the operations team in collating and analyzing stores sales data.
- Support the Operations with standardize store level KPI reports as directed by the Head of Operations.
- Main point of contact for vendors and suppliers of the stores.
- Dispatch resources and materials to stores.
- Manage operations team calendars and organize staff welfare related events and activity.
- Support Head of Operations in office administrative tasks as directed.
- Compile weekly sales report.
- Updating weekly manpower listing.
- Handling office administrative work.
- Assisting Operations.
- Provide admin support for Sales.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Atleast 2 years working experience in coordination and office administrative role.
- Possess good organization skills and is meticulous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools e.g.: Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Pivot
- Energetic and self-driven individual.
- Holds a diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
