POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Global Head of Engineering, The Android Team Lead leads an exceptional App Development Team, working at pace with the latest technologies. The Android Team Lead executes the strategy and development activities across the company’s App Engineering team, driving innovation, and creating an amazing customer experience that aims to change and improve people’s lives through cutting-edge technology. Working with a large, diverse, and highly motivated team, you will be leading them to create, potentially life-changing products through technology.
Key responsibilities of thisrole Android App Engineering Team Leader include:
· Lead, Mentor, and coach our Android app team
· Work on exciting cutting-edge technology
· Be best practice. Your team will be the company’s benchmark
· Educate your stakeholders on resources, timescales, and technical limitations
· Test and validate work produced.
Key requirements for this Android Team Lead role include:
Personal Requirement-

· A love of Design Principles, SOLID Principles, and coding
Technical Requirements
· 3+ years of experience with Kotlin
· Experience with android operating systems
· Experience with Agile methodologies
· Experience Web/app deep linking
· Knowledge of Android play store release process
· Familiarity with GIT and source control
· Good understanding of common design principles, especially SOLID principles with the ability to apply them in day-to-day coding
· Hands on experience writing Unit tests and System tests
